The 2024 Eurovision Song Contest is fast approaching with fans around the world eagerly anticipating the annual celebration of music and culture. This year’s event, hosted by Sweden following Loreen’s victory last year with “Tattoo,” promises to deliver the usual mix of spectacular performances, unique staging, and memorable moments.

After national selections across Europe, we now have all 37 participating entries confirmed. Early favorites include Croatia’s Baby Lasagna with the energetic “Rim Tim Tagi Dim,” Switzerland’s Nemo with the powerful “The Code,” and Italy’s Angelina Mango with “La Noia.” The United Kingdom is pinning hopes on Olly Alexander with his entry “Dizzy.”

Eurovision fans can watch the two semi-finals on May 7th and 9th, with the grand final taking place on May 11th in Malmö Arena. This marks Sweden’s seventh time hosting, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of ABBA’s historic win with “Waterloo” in 1974.

The Eurovision Song Contest continues to grow in global popularity, with streaming services making it accessible to viewers beyond Europe, including a dedicated American audience through Peacock.
